Peter and the Star Catcher

This show is dear to my heart as I grew up reading the book series. The director had a vision for a dreamlike atmosphere, so I designed the set accordingly. The various levels allowed for many interesting moments and created imagery reminiscent of a wrecked ship. We created papier-mache stars and illuminated them with string lights. These stars created a nice abstraction, especially when contrasted with the rugged wooden platforms.
